JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDER 21.04.2026 1 After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the tenure of Panch/Sarpanch for Panchayat Halqa, Bhajnowa, Tehsil Nowshera, District Rajouri is over, therefore, the present appeal be disposed of with an observation that the judgment was rendered in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case pertaining to respondent Nos. 8 to 10. Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent Nos. 8 to 10 has no objection to the same. 2 In view of the above, the present appeal be disposed of with an observation that the judgment impugned in this intra court appeal was rendered in the peculiar facts and circumstances regarding respondent Nos. 8 to 10 only as their predecessors-in- interest were shown to be belonging to “Basith” caste in old revenue records.
