The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 8 / 20(b)(ii)(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. On secret information, a raid was conducted and from the Gumti of this petitioner, 330 gm. Ganja alongwith cash of Rs. 3400/- has been recovered. 4.
