The said period is already expired. 3. Learned APP submits that the cause of action for filing of the present Petition does not survive. 4. In view of the above submission, the Petition is disposed 908.criwp259.22.odt 1 of 2 2025:BHC-AUG:33999 of as the cause of action does not survive.
