Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4 Mr. Anil Kumar Mishra on the other hand, submits that the appeal needs to be heard and decided. This petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj before whom second appeal is pending to proceed with the appeal in the manner that one date of effective hearing shall be fixed every week and decide the appeal expeditiously.
