Sri Rahul Kumar, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 65 of 2024, under Sections 3(1) & 2(b)(i) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Itwa, District Siddharth Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that three cases have been shown against the accused-applicant in the gang chart, in which he is on bail. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of four other cases to his credit, in which he is on bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but conceded that in all the cases shown in the gang chart, the accused/applicant has already been granted bail. 4. This court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. The record prima facie reveals that gang chart contains three cases in which the accused/applicant is enlarged on bail. 6. Hence, without touching merit of the case, the bail application is allowed. 7. The accused/applicant- Rafeek be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
