The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.287 dated 28.10.2024 registered under Sections 198, 201, 210(a), 214, 240, 256, 3(5), 3(6), 314, 316(2), 318(2), 318(3), 318(4), 322, 323, 324(2), 336(2), 336(4), 338, 340, 343, 344, 61 & 69 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (challan presented only under Sections 318(4), 336(3) & 338 of BNS) at Police Station Ding, District Sirsa along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action by impugning the final report filed under Section 193 of BNSS. 3.
