JUSTICE RAJESH RAI K - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44985 WP No. 51901 of 2016 ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 22.07.1989 filed by him for regularization of his unauthorized occupation and cultivation of the land bearing Sy.No.27 to an extent of 3 acres situated at Hongehalli Village, Bagur Hobli, Channarayapatna Taluk, Hassan District. 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in occupation and cultivation of the aforesaid land ever since from the year 1980. The same is proved in the spot mahazar conducted by Revenue Inspector vide mahazar in the year 1990. Despite respondent No.3, failed to consider his representation. 3. As could be gathered from records, the petitioner filed an application before the 3rd respondent for regularization of unauthorized occupation of the land bearing Sy.No.27 of Hongehalli Village, Bagur Hobli, Channarayapatna Taluk, Hassan District to an extent of 3 acres on 22.07.1989 as per Annexure - A and subsequently, spot mahazar was conducted as per annexure-B. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44985 WP No. 51901 of 2016 4. In such circumstances, writ petition is allowed. 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
