The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 292, 118(1), 117(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per the F.I.R., Petitioner No. 1 Mintu Chaudhary, in inebriated condition, assaulted on the head of the informant with Iron rod and thereafter other petitioners assaulted with fist and slap. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Rahika P.S.
