The sole ground for cancellation of bail has been sought for by the petitioner is that now settlement has failed and victim is residing at her parental home. The petitioner has violated the conditions of the settlement. Hence, he is no longer entitled for remaining on bail. 3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also prayed for issuing notice to the O.P.No.2 who is the accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 1501 of 2021. 4. The learned P.P. is also present. 5. Considering the grounds raised on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the points raised by him is not a valid ground for cancellation of bail. It 2 is a family dispute matter and such type of disputes and failure of settlement often happen which cannot furnish valid ground for cancellation of bail. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
