On the ground that no action has been taken pursuant to their representation, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "a. Declare that the respondents 1 and 2 have accorded sanction of the building plan submitted by the petitioners, since the said respondents have not issued necessary orders of granting licence and revised modified plan; b. Direct the respondents 1 and 2 to collect necessary licence fees and sanctioned plan fee in respect of the deemed revised modified plan and permit the petitioners to construct the building in accordance with the deemed sanctioned plan, in the interest of justice and equity. c. Any other order/orders as deem fit in the circumstances of this case, including the cost of this writ petition." 2.
