Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that the Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that when the Writ Petitioner tried to apply Online under*^Form-6, the same was not accepted in the concerned website. It is his submission that the Writ Petitioner has submitted a Representation on 07.10.2024 seeking issuance of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed (Ex.P.1). 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition giving liberty to Writ Petitioner to submit Form-6A through Registered Post to the Competent Authority within one week from today. The Writ Petitioner shall also pay the requisite fee by way of Demand Draft and submit the same along with the hard copy of the Form-6A. On receipt of such Form-6A Application, the Tahsildar, Karvetinagaram Mandal, (Respondent No.4) is directed to consider the same and pass a Speaking Order or act upon the same within a period of eight (8) weeks in accordance with law and convey the same to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 4. Needless to state that the Respondent No.4 is statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to all the T 3 interested parties including the Writ Petitioner herein, consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the final order.
