Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed against the order dated 29.05.2025 by which the application for temporary injunction has been rejected by the trial court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submitted that the petitioners have remedy of filing First Appeal From Order under Order 43 Rule 1(r) C.P.C. and the petitioners may be given liberty to pursue the remedy as available to them. 4. Since the petitioners have alternative remedy, I am no inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available to them under law. 6.
