This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 14/2025 under Sections 117(2)/109/3(5) of Page No.# 2/2 the BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 14/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 47/2025 dated 28.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner, namely, Arpit Kumar Dutta is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 14/2025 within a period of 20(twenty) days from today. 5. The interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 10.02.2025 in said North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 14/2025 shall remain in force for the next 20(twenty) days. 6. In the event, the petitioner fails to appear before the appropriate forum seeking regular bail, within the period of 20(twenty) days, the interim bail granted to him shall stands cancelled. 7.
