This Court, vide order dated 26.07.2024 passed in MCRC No.4016 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the petitioner, namely, Arvind Kumar Yadav had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.01.31 16:32:35 +0530 2 accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Jashpur, District Jashpur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 23.01.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statements of only Investigating OfÏcer and Goods Clerks is pending in the case and bailable warrant of Investigating OfÏcer namely Shri Dinesh Pandey has been received back on 23.01.2025 with the the note that ASI Dinesh Pandey is undergoing treatment in Mumbai as both his kidneys are said to be damaged. In such a situation, he prays for some more time to conclude the trial. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, within a period of three months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
