No.II in M.C.No.37/2020 by the Court of Senior Civil Judge & JMFC at Doddaballapur, whereby the Court had granted maintenance of an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month to the wife. 2. This Writ Petition is of the year 2024 and the same is pending at scrutiny stage for compliance of office objections. The petitioner has not taken any steps from the last year. Hence, the matter was listed before the Court on 22.07.2025. On that day, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for 'dismissal' today. 3. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
