2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 303(2)/334(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh.
3. On 22.08.2024 at 2.00 p.m., unknown persons looted Rs. 1.30 lakh after cutting SBI ATM kiosk at Ramgarh Cant.
4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
5. Mr. V.S. Sahay, learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. However, he has got criminal antecedent.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024.
