APARESH KUMAR SINGH =O=R=D=E=R= 28/05/2025 Mr. Raju Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant criminal petition has been filed to challenge the interim order dated 02.04.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, South Tripura, Belonia in Crl. (Revision) 01 of 2025. The revision petition has already been disposed of. Therefore, the instant criminal petition has become infructuous. Mr. Raju Datta, learned Public Prosecutor also submits that since the main revision petition has been disposed of by the learned Sessions Judge, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant criminal petition.
