Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing for some time, when confronted with defective affidavit, he fairly submits that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file with better particulars. 3. The prayer is accepted and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty, as prayed for. 4. However, since deponent of affidavit is not bona fide, therefore, a cost of Rs. 100/- is imposed on each petitioners. Petitioners are advised to file separate writ petitions or by way of affidavit, authorize pairokar to one of the petitioner to own responsibility.
