This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Complaint Case No. 542 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Agra, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Court No.4, Agra, expeditiously within stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. From the perusal of the order sheet dated 10.4.2025 it reveals that proceedings of the aforesaid case is stayed by this Court and dates are being fixed for further orders. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that there is no stay order in this case. Hence, the learned counsel for the applicant is directed to apprise the Court concerned about this fact and if there is no stay order in the matter, the trial court is directed to make all possible efforts for expeditious disposal of the case and if any stay order is operative passed by this Court, no further proceeding shall be made in this case. 4.
