Considering these facts, I do not propose to go into the merits of the matter. Suffice it say that the Regular Civil Suit No.92/2022 needs to be expedited. In that view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed of with a request to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal, to expedite the said civil suit and endeavour to decide the same within a period of eighteen (18) months from today. 3.
