This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent-Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) to allot alternative sites in lieu of sites earlier taken over from her, namely sites bearing Nos. 10, 11 and 12 in all measuring 40’ x 90’ carved out of lands bearing Sy. No. 1/4B, 1/5 and 9/2 situated at Challaghata Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite submission of a detailed representation along with all relevant records concerning the said sites, the respondent-authority has not taken any action to consider her claim. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent- BDA submits that the application/representation so - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46533 WP No. 26412 of 2025 submitted by the petitioner will be duly considered by the authority in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. 5. The said submission is placed on record. 6. The grievance of the petitioner stands redressed if necessary directions are issued to the respondent. Accordingly, this Court pass the following : ORDER (i) The Writ Petition is disposed of. (ii) The respondent-authority shall consider the petitioner’s representation at Annexure-G and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
