Without appearing before the Magistrate, the petitioners have rushed to this Court by filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution challenging the aforesaid notice. I do not find any material to interfere with the said notice. The petitioners should appear and file reply before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dumka.
