2. A joint memo is filed and it is signed by petitioner, respondent and their respective counsels. As per the terms of the joint memo the matter is settled for Rs.1,75,000/- including the amount deposited by the petitioner in a sum of Rs.1,06,000/- before the trial Court. Petitioner has agreed to pay balance amount of Rs.69,000/- within three months from this day. It is agreed between the parties that if the petitioner fails to pay the balance amount of Rs.69,000/- within three months from this day, the petitioner is liable to pay the fine amount of Rs.2,12,000/- as ordered by the trial Court.

3. In view of the above, the offence under Section 138 of the N.I.Act is compounded. In view of compounding, the criminal revision petition is disposed as offence compounded.
4. Respondent is at liberty to withdraw Rs.1,06,000/- deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court. If the petitioner fails to pay the balance amount of Rs.69,000/- within three months from this day, he is liable to pay fine of Rs.2,12,000/- as ordered by the trial Court to the respondent / complainant.
5. Respondent shall furnish his bank account details to the trial Court so as to enable it to transfer the amount to his bank account directly.
