(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for immediate release of the detenue, Asees Kaur (granddaughter of the petitioners). Notice was issued and the parties were directed to be present in Court. In pursuance to the same, the petitioners and the detenue alongwith her mother, are present in Court. The Court has interacted with both the sides and it is transpired that there is no hope of any mediation between the parties. The detenue is happy with her mother. Thus, keeping in view the scope of the present petition, the same is disposed of with liberty to the parties to pursue their remedies as available to them in accordance with law.
