The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 102 of 2024 arising out of Kharsawan P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 376 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Seraikella. 3. On 25.02.2024, at about 01:00 a.m., the petitioner entered into the house of the prosecutrix and raped her. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about a year. It was further submitted that charge has already been framed in this case. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6.
