MAYEE Date : 11/12/2025 ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in light of the subsequent events, which have taken place, he will not press the present petition. He submits that he may be granted liberty to move an appropriate application for early hearing of the Securitisation Application No.217/2023, which is pending adjudication. He submits that this Court earlier vide order dated 08.01.2024 passed in Special Civil Application No.316 of 2024 has already directed the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) to decide the same at the earliest. He submits that appropriate direction may be passed accordingly. Considering the submissions and taking into consideration the order dated 08.01.2024, if the petitioners prefer an application for early hearing before the learned DRT, the same shall be considered keeping in view the direction passed in order dated 08.01.2024 in Special Civil Application No.316 of 2024 and the Securitisation Application of the petitioner shall be fixed on a particular date and decided accordingly on the said date of hearing. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no opinion is expressed thereon.
