ORAL ORDER
The respondent-Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has initiated action against the petitioner on the ground that the building being constructed by him is in violation of the building bye-laws and the sanctioned plan. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to set aside the order passed by BBMP and consequently, the appeal filed by the petitioner before respondent no.1, which also has been dismissed. However, in the course of the proceedings,
learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that there were certain deviations and unauthorized construction put up by him and that he intends to remove the said deviations and unauthorized construction. The matter stood adjourned based on the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the deviations and unauthorized constructions have been removed and the BBMP may be directed to inspect the property of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2-BBMP submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to BBMP to inspect the construction put up by the petitioner and take action against the petitioner, if required under law.

Recording her submissions, the writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to inspect the building constructed by the petitioner and approve the same if it is put up in accordance with law or initiate further action in accordance with law, if any deviations are found to be existing. In view of disposal of main petition, pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
