The petitioner prays for grant of pre-arrest bail in a criminal case arising from FIR No.82, dated 26.04.2025, registered under Section 420, 406, 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act, 2014, at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur. 2. As per the case of the prosecution, the first informant was lured into payment of Rs.4,68,000/- for securing visa and another documents to facilitate first informant's migration to New Zealand. 3. The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is only an employee, whereas the travel agency was opened by Harbans Singh, which has been shut down and the petitioner is being falsely implicated. 4. Per contra, the learned counsel representing the first informant and the State of Punjab have contended that the petitioner is a habitual offender and she was a partner in the travel agency with Harbans Singh. This court has also been informed that there are three more criminal cases apart from the present case pending against the petitioner with similar allegations. 6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this court is not inclined to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. 7. Dismissed. 8.
