Issue Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or order quashing the impugned tender notification No: HaGuPa/E- Tender/1/2025-26 dated 29.08.2025 issued by the Respondent no.2 in the interest of justice. The contention of the petitioner is that due to financial stringency the petitioner could not make payment of the fishing license fee. Despite the tender having been issued by respondent there being no responsive tenderers, the tender has not been successful and as such the petitioner has come forward to make payment of the pending amounts as also the future license fee within two weeks from today. 4.
