P. -------- 02/ Dated 21.03.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bermo P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 387 & 507 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned SDJM, Bermo at Tenughat. On 20.05.2024 at about 03:35 p.m., the informant received one threatening message in his mobile phone demanding Rupees Twenty Lakhs. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused persons. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Bermo P.S.
