Learned counsel for the respondent appears on advance notice and submits that the matter is under active consideration and eventual final decision with respect to tender process would be taken in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today. 2. On the basis of above said assurance, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the moment, he is not pressing the present contempt petition. However, in case no decision is taken within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner may be given liberty to revive the contempt petition. 3.
