The girl is 17 years 10 months old, whereas, the boy is 23 years old. Sh. Ram Pal and Smt. Chhindo, respondents No. 4 and 5 respectively, have entered appearance alongwith their counsel. 2. This Court has interacted with them. They appeared to be simple villagers. Sh. Ram Pal has undertaken not to interfere in the life of the petitioners. 3. Without entering upon an exercise to evaluate the evidentiary value of the documents placed on the file, this Court disposes of the writ petition with directions to the Station House Officer, Police Station City-1, District Fazilka to examine threat perception to the petitioner's life and liberty and take adequate steps as required. 4.
