ORDER: ,`i _ This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha+ Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking bail, in Crime No.373 of 2024 of Mangalagiri Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short [the - '|.` IPCI). 2| The allegation iS'that On 15.ll.2023, at about 4.00 p.m., the de facfo complainant, who- is an employee of NMDC, Kirandole Town, ChattiShghad State, met Petitioner/Al in the month of November, 2023. The-petitioner/Al told deceitful words to the de facfo complainant that he was working in the Prisons department and :has 30 acres Of land. ln this COnneCtiOn, the petitioner/Al cheated the de faCfO COmPlainant by using some fake names of Honlble High Court Judges and also created fake \ .=\`J documents with fake names of High Court Judges and forged signatures in their names to provide a steno job in the High court. The de facfo COmPlainant believed the words of EE EHu 2 Jr, petitioner/Al and transferred a sum of Rs.59,06,100/- to accused through Bank Account, Phone pay, Google pay, NEFT, RTGS and net banking. Later de facfo complal--nant came to know that the accused cheated him. When the de facfo complainant asked the accused about the matter, then the accused sent the scary photos and sent fake documents to the de racfo complainant's whatsapp number and threatened to kill him with the support of other accused. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/Al was suffering from severe Tuberculosis and he was hospitalized. Later, he was shifted to Government General Hospital, Guntur and he is undergoing treatment. On the last occasion, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor sought time to get instructions from the concerned. 5. Today, when the matter.was called, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor confirmed the fact that the petitioner was hospitalized and he is undergoing treatment in connection with the Tuberculosis. I -3-` Qfa&fa 3 I, 6. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Al herein, on the following conditiohs. (i) The petitioner/Al herein shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class-Gum-Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mangalagiri; (ii) On''`'Telease, the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and lsha[l`L attend before the Investigating Officer concerned as and when required. 7.
