JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER WHEREFORE the Petitioners pray that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the Hon'ble trial court to dispose of the MC.No.1337/2024 as expeditiously as possible and to pass such other declaration, directions as this Hon'ble court may deem fit, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. It is submitted that the petitioner was set ex-parte and the respondent is filing multiple cases and there shall be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 3. This G&WC is filed in the year 2024 and there are much older matters that are pending before the Family Court and this Court cannot grant any direction to the Family Court to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37430 WP No. 28277 of 2025 dispose of any matter which is filed after 2019. In that view of the matter, this Court cannot direct the Family Court to dispose of the matter out of turn. Hence, this Court is passing the following order: ORDER i.
