Case No. 260 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 317(2), 317(4), 338, 336(3) and 111(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned AJC-XIII, Ranchi. 3. On 02.10.2024 petitioner was apprehended while he was travelling on a stolen scooty. 4. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is an accused in as many as four cases. 5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage.
