On 04.12.2024, this Court had directed that in case the reply is not filed, right to file reply would be closed and ROBKAR shall be framed. Since reply was not filed by the respondents and this Court vide order dated 18.03.2025 closed the right of the respondents to file reply and subsequently ROBKAR was framed. 2. Today learned counsel for the respondents submits that instant ROBKAR be closed on account of the fact that Hon’ble Supreme Court has stayed the operation of the judgment which is subject P a g e | 2 CCP(S) No. 10/2025 CCP(D) No. 54/2024 matter of the contempt petition bearing CCP(D) No. 54/2024. Ordered accordingly. 3. CCP(D) No. 54/2025: 4. Since the operation of the impugned judgment has been stayed. Therefore, the proceedings in this contempt petition are deferred. 5.
