2 4 t ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Shravan W.V.B, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K.Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the Application made by the Writ Petitioner dated 28.12.2024 (Ex.P.1) seeking deletion of the subject property from the Prohibited properties list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the
submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merit, directing the District Collector, Tirupathi District (Respondent No.2) to consider the Mee-Seva Application of the Writ Petitioner (mentioned supra) and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of fourteen (14) weeks from today and communicate a copy of such
Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith.
4. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order to the Respondent No.2 within one week from today, for effective compliance.
5. Needless to state that the Respondent No.2 is statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner herein, consider their
submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the final order.
6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands f' \ I
disposed of. No order as to costs.
