The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 16.5.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Pilibhit, in Maintenance Case No. 208 of 2023 to enhance the maintenance amount to daughter of applicant from Rs. 2,000/- to Rs. 5,000/-. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
