Heard the counsel for the the petitioner and the A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition has been filed praying for following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to conclude the fair investigation with logical end and arrest the accused persons in pursuance of F.I.R dated 23.11.2024 registered as case crime No. 0142 of 2024 under section 106, 352, 351(2) B.N.S Police Station Jahanabad District Fatehpur (Vide Annexure No.1 to this writ petition) forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that final report has already been submitted in the said case by the concerned Investigating Officer. 4. The petitioner has the remedy to challenge the aforesaid final report before the concerned Magistrate. Therefore, the Court refrains from interfering under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the present petition is disposed of.
