She is aggrieved by the work order granted to the respondent no. 6 for excavation. Heard and perused the file. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Village Pradhan; permission of excavation in the land, which is in the middle of seven villages, has been granted to the respondent no. 6, which may cause disaster during rainy season and adverse weather conditions; the petitioner has given various representations, but the respondent no. 3/the District Magistrate, Haridwar, who has granted the work order in favour of the respondent no. 6, is not taking any action on it; the last representation was given on 28.04.2025 (Annexure 7 to the writ petition). Learned State Counsel would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2025 (Annexure 7 to the writ petition) shall be decided by the respondent no. 3/District Magistrate, Haridwar within four weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned State Counsel. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3/District Magistrate, Haridwar to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2025 (Annexure 7 to the writ petition) within four weeks from today.
