GOPIKRISHNAN NAMBIAR-SC THIS CONTEMPT OF COURT CASE (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 09.04.2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: CON.CASE(C) NO. 921 OF 2025 2 2025:KER:30839 JUDGMENT The present Contempt Case has been filed alleging willful disobedience/noncompliance of the interim order dated 20.03.2024 passed in W.P.(C.) No.11454/2024. 2. This Court, vide said interim order, directed the Kerala Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organization (KITCO) to pay the salary arrears and the salary from next month onwards after deducting 20%. It appears that the said order was complied with, and the petitioner has come before this Court a number of times by filing a Contempt Case, and as and when the Contempt Case was filed, the respondent/Contemnor complied with the order. This Conduct of the Contemnor for not complying with the order amounts to the contempt of the Court. However, in pursuance to the order passed on 07.04.2025, the Contemnor present in person, who tenders an unconditional apology and undertakes that in future the interim order dated CON.CASE(C) NO. 921 OF 2025 3 2025:KER:30839 20.03.2024 passed in W.P.(C.) No.11454/2024 shall be given effect too, without fail. The past payment has already been made to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid stand of the respondent/Contemnor, who is present in person and who has tendered an unconditional apology orally and undertakes that he will ensure payment as per the interim order dated 20.03.2024 on time to the petitioner, nothing survives in this Contempt Case. Therefore, the present Contempt Case is hereby closed, with a direction to the respondent/contemnor to abide by his undertaking before this Court. Sd/- D. K.
