By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner wants writ of mandamus to command the respondent No. 3 to decide the matter of notice issued to the petitioner to vacate the official accommodation. 3. It is submitted that petitioner has submitted reply to the notice dated 09.06.2025 on 11.06.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued for disposal of the reply of the petitioner to the notice. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and decide the matter notice issued to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and considering the reply of the petitioner.
