The following prayers have been made in the instant petition:- " (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to restrain the respondent Nos.6 to 10 not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner over the H.No.192R/1/3A, Naya Purwa, Police Station-Kareli, District Prayagraj. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.2 to take necessary action on the representation of petitioner dated 11.05.2025 within stipulated period which is pending before respondent No.2." 2. After making brief submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition but reserves right in favour of the petitioner to avail other suitable remedy. 3.
