JUSTICE M.I.ARUN - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30913 WP No. 233 of 2025 ORAL ORDER 1. The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition. She made a request to respondent No.2 to change the Khata of the property in her name. As the same has not been considered so far, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct respondent No.2 to consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass suitable orders. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2, upon instructions, submits that the petitioner has not produced all the relevant records to show that she is the owner of the property concerned. He however submits that if all the relevant particulars are produced along with a fresh representation, the same will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed. 3. Hence, the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30913 WP No. 233 of 2025 ORDER Petitioner is given liberty to submit a fresh representation to respondent No.2 along with all the necessary particulars. Upon receipt of the same, respondent No.2 shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
