On the query being raised, the corpus Smt. Tanu Prajapati has expressed her desire to go along with her husband/petitioner Deepak Srivastava. According to the high school certificate, the date of birth of the corpus is recorded as 24.03.2005, accordingly she is major. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
