Civil Writ Petition No.9832/2023, which came to be dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 21.11.2023. 2. It has been submitted that office pointed out the defect in respect of mismatch of cause title of the writ petition with the impugned order and petitioner has moved application for impleadment of the State Government as party to the writ petition. 3. Taking into consideration reasons mentioned in the application and the fact that the application has already been moved by the [2025:RJ-JP:10248] (2 of 2) [WRES-142/2024] petitioner to implead the State Government as party, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant application. 4.
