JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 4 24-01-2025 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Counsel for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners in C.W.J.C. No.13192 of 2017, Mr. Baliram Sah and Others v. The State of Bihar and Others, have filed a Title Suit No.90/15 and 91/15 before the Court of learned 3rd Munsif, Chapra and the Court has passed the status quo in favour of the petitioners for the land in question which is the subject matter of the present writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the status quo granted by the learned Court below, the writ petition may be disposed off with the liberty to the petitioners to participate in the aforesaid pending title suit and their binding outcome of the title suit. 4.
