Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chatrochatti P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 140(2) 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. On 09.01.2025 10-12 persons are alleged to have abducted one Sanjeev Jha, Munshi of the bridge construction company for ransom. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the statement of the victim on the ground that the accused persons were calling each other by name. It was further submitted that the petitioners ought to have been put on T.I. Parade. It was finally submitted that no money was handed over to the accused persons. 5. Learned A.P.Ps have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners have got criminal antecedent. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Chatrochatti P.S.
