Heard Mr. A Paramanik, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. Mr. Goswami has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 13.02.2025 passed in favour of the petitioners, they have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and have been cooperating in the investigation. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the both sides. Since the petitioners have appeared before the Investigation Officer and cooperating in the investigation, this court is of the opinion that the petitioners do not deserve to be detained in
Page No.# 3/3 custody. Hence, their prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed Accordingly, the interim order dated 13.02.2025 passed in favour of the petitioners by this court is made absolute. Case Diary shall be returned. The bail application is disposed of.
