The present criminal revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “It is therefore most humbly prayed that the impugned order dated 07.11.22 and 18.11.2022 (Annex A-1) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC) Mahasamund, District Mahasamund (C.G.) also designated as Special Judge, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012, FTC, Mahasamund District - Mahasamund (C.G.), passed in S.T. No. 88/2022, may kindly be quashed and consequently the charges framed against the petitioner / petitioner u/s 376 (2)(n) of IPC (Annex.A-2), may kindly be set-aside and the instant revision filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed and the petitioner may kindly be discharged from the charges leveled against him, in the interest of justice.” 4. In view of the communication made by the trial Court concerned regarding disposal of Sessions Trial No.88/2022, it seems that the criminal case has been disposed of and as such, the matter has become infructuous. 5.
